Fitting this took me way longer than it should have. The instructions weren’t very clear, and I kept second-guessing whether I was doing it right. Maybe someone more handy would have an easier time, but for me the whole install process was annoying

I had a problem with my order and it just took a little while to get everything sorted out. It wasn’t the fastest process, but they did fix it in the end, so overall it was okay.

I tried to make this work with my setup, but it just didn’t fit my posts or the wall properly. What made it more frustrating is the return policy has these little loopholes that make it feel like you’re stuck dealing with the problem even when the product clearly isn’t a good match. Disappointing overall.

I’m a little disappointed with how quickly this started to rust. I had it outside for just a few weeks, and you can already see rust spots forming around the edges. For the price, I really expected it to hold up better...

I was really hoping the warranty would make the purchase feel a little safer, especially since I try to be careful with what I spend. But when I actually needed help, warranty support didn’t do much of anything. It ended up being a frustrating experience, it made me feel like I didn’t get good value for the money.

The place has way more curb appeal now, I noticed the difference right away.

The modbox itself seemed fine, at least as far as I could tell, but the mounting hardware was disappointing. The screws felt kind of soft, and one of them stripped almost immediately. Maybe I was doing something wrong, but the brackets didn’t line up very well either, so the install took way longer than I expected. For the price, I thought the smaller parts would be better quality. Frustrating overall.

I think the designs on modboxusa.com have a nice clean, modern feel. The simple shapes work well, and the colors aren’t too loud, which you definitely appreciate if you’re not into anything flashy.

That said, some of the products felt a little plain to me. They’re not ugly or anything, just not the kind of pieces that really grab you. I’d probably give the overall look around 3 stars.

I checked out ModboxUSA because a few of their products looked cool, but the pricing felt higher than what I’d consider fair. After comparing with other options, I just didn’t feel like the value was really there for what you get. The shipping cost didn’t help either and made the total harder to justify. It’s not a bad company or anything, but for me, it felt too expensive for the overall value.

I don’t know why, because the mid-century look is actually cool, but in person it just felt cheaper than I expected. The style is nice, but the quality didn’t really impress me.

It looks really nice by the door, but wow, the inside is smaller than I expected. A few envelopes and maybe one small package and then, if you skip checking it for a day, it's basically full. Not the best if you get regular mail.

If it’s going to be like this every time, I probably wouldn’t order again
